Michelle Nalls, President/Principal Consultant, has over 10 years of development experience, including proposal development, project management, and program evaluation.  She provides consultation services to governmental entities, institutions of higher education, and non-profit organizations. 

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language Arts Education and Spanish from the University of Montevallo and a Master of Arts degree in English from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. 

In recent years, she has secured over $50 million in external funding from federal and philanthropic sources. 

She specializes in acquiring grant funding through the United States Federal programs, including Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP), S.T.O.P. School Violence, Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI),  Railroad Crossing Elimination Grant (RCE), and Government- to- Government.
